The columns in the BOM Window disappear

Issue

When opening the BOM Window, some columns disappeared or the whole layout is reset to standard.

Cause

There are 3 known reasons for this behavior:

  • You upgraded powerGate from an older version to 19.0.7. The columns are reset because there were changes in the layout of the BOM Window.
  • You upgraded to a newer version of powerGate that still had the bug where the columns didn't get saved correctly. This was fixed in powerGate 19.0.7.
  • When a property is deleted or has no value the according column will disappear and you also can't select it anymore in the field chooser.
