When entering valid credentials into the configuration dialog the error "Client ID/Secret invalid" is displayed!


This happens when the trial period is over and no valid license is activated.


  • Open the licensing dialog and check if your license is expired. If it is renew it.
  • If your activated license is still valid double check the entered credentials. 
    • Make extra sure not to copy any space characters at the start or end of your text
    • Check if you confused any upper case I and lower case L or 1 characters.
