Error when using the Inventor Library Transfer Guide

Issue

When using powerJobs Client 24.0.8 or an older version installed and trying to use the Inventor Library Transfer Guide the following error is shown when trying to log into the Vault Server:

"You must log into Vault Server with Content Center Administrative rights to transfer libraries to the server"

Solution

Update to powerJobs Client 24.0.9 or a newer version. If an update is not possible there are multiple workarounds to avoid this issue:

Solution 1

Remove Inventor from the powerJobs Client configuration so that the product is not loaded in Inventor. To do this remove the following line from the configuration file:

 <Application name="Inventor" />

Solution 2

Temporarily uninstall powerJobs Client and reinstall it after completing the Library Transfer and reinstall the product afterwards.
