      How to distribute the BOM Window layout to different machines

      The stored layout for the BOM Window can be distributed to multiple machines without having to configure it on every single machine.

      For the BOM tab and the Item tab, the layouts are stored in 2 different files:

      • StoredLayout_BomsView.xml
      • StoredLayout_ItemView.xml

      You can find the files in "C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\coolOrange\powerGate". It is possible to configure the layout on one machine, copy the files and replace them on every other machine that needs to have the same layout in the BOM tab, the Item tab or both. The files should not be renamed as they require to have exactly that name. Otherwise powerGate will create new files for the layouts.
