      Images are not displayed in Fusion Lifecycle

      Issue

      An image is uploaded to a Fusion Lifecycle item with powerFLC but it is not displayed in the web browser.

      Cause

      • Not all web browsers support all image formats. One possible cause for this issue could be that the currently used browser does not support the uploaded image format.
      • In powerFLC version 20.0.7 or earlier there was an issue with values of type image.

      Solution

      • Open Fusion Lifecycle using a different browser to make sure that the issue is not caused by the currently user web browser.
      • Upgrade powerFLC to at least version 20.0.8.
