Startup-Operation: 'PowerJobsShell' failed!

Issue

When powerJobs Processor is started following error is displayed: Startup-Operation: 'PowerJobsShell' failed! Please see logfile for more information

Cause

This error is displayed when the process "JobProcessor.exe" was not ended properly and is still in the process list, but the Autodesk JobProcessor is not active anymore.

Solution

• Open the Task Manager by right clicking on the Taskbar and click on Task Manager
• Search for the process "JobProcessor.exe" in the "Details" tab.
• Right click on the process and click "End task"
