      Property update is causing infinite file versions

      Issue

      When updating properties of a legacy AutoCAD file via a powerEvents event it could happen that it runs into an endless loop and creates thousands of file versions.

      Cause

      This is most likely caused by an issue in Vault with legacy AutoCAD files.

      Solution

      To avoid this issue the file has to be migrated to a newer AutoCAD DWG version by opening the file with a newer AutoCAD version and checking it back into Vault.
