The powerGate BOM Window does not open correctly

Issue

Sometimes when opening the BOM Window it looks like the window did not open correctly but it shows that it is open.

Cause

The values that define the position where the BOM Window is opened were changed. The BOM Window is opened correctly but outside of the screen area. It is currently unknown how the values change.

Solution

To resolve this issue do one of the following:

• Right click on the BOM Window in the Windows Taskbar and click on "Maximize" to bring the BOM Window inside of the screen area
• Close the BOM Window, then delete the file "C:\Users\localadmin\AppData\Local\coolOrange\powerGate\StoredLayout_Window.xml".
  When using this method you will lose the configured position and size of the BOM Window.
