      When updating from powerGateServer 22.0.4 to newer versions error "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package" is shown

      Issue

      When updating from powerGateServer 22.0.4 to newer versions the installer shows the error "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."

      Cause

      An issue with the installer has been addressed in 22.0.4, which breaks the update. 

      Solution

      Uninstall powerGateServer 22.0.4 before installing newer versions.
